So I’ve wanted to make a build around this weapon for a while since the moveset is badass that ideally also allows for strong bleed on other weapons too. I watched a random YouTube video’s build for this weapon that their stats at 25 Dex and 72 arcane at level 150. Nagakiba and twin blade with seppuku to power stance with each. Bloods gonna be flowing. Rivers. The weapon art range is deceptively long and it quick fires real easy. I haven't used Rivers of Blood yet but Eleonora's Poleblade ash of war can easily stagger enemies and build up blood super quick. Flashy and hits like a truck.
