Or try lowering your shader settings which can be done by going into the shaders menu and in the bottom right there should be an option called shader options. The options vary for different shaders so you will have to google what some of them mean. On a completely different note, you could just have your frame rate capped if you're playing rlcraft with a shitty computer, it's going to lag for sure. but with shaders? I doubt it'll go well, but you can try sildurs. Sildurs is probably the easiest to run...
