When I switched to OpenGL they were visible and even when I switched back to Vulkan they were visible. I prefer playing on 60 or 72 fps because I have an 144hz monitor. Disable all those work arounds and set the fps limit a lot higher to like 144. Delete and spend a few minutes rebuilding the shader cache and see how it runs.
