So you have the 1932, right? I'm in the same boat as the original poster. I was wondering about the difference between the 1863 and the 2177. I notice that the cheaper 2177 claims to use the Omni plate (I assume that's the Omnivore). But it says it's running 60,000 BTUs. I thought all the Omnivore version ran at the lower BTU rating. The differences are two fold, and 2162 isn’t last years. The 2162 is the Omni top, 38k BTU burners that BS claims will reach the same temps. Personal experience, yes.
